Guaranty and Return Policies
Can I return a
product if I am not satisfied with it?
You may return merchandise unconditionally within 30 days of receipt
of your order. We will refund shipping charges if product is defective
or shipped as a result of our error. Enclosed with every order,
you'll find an invoice that includes a return and exchange form.
Fill out the appropriate portion of the form and enclose it with
the merchandise you're returning.
Credits to your Charge Card
A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. It may
take one to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit
card statement.
Can I exchange a
product for something else if I am not satisfied?
You may exchange unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt of
your order. We will refund shipping charges on exchange orders within
the United States. Enclosed with every order, you'll find an invoice
that includes a return and exchange form. Fill out the appropriate
portion of the form and enclose it with the merchandise you're returning.
It is our policy to never send private information, such as your
credit card number, via email.

Backorders or Delays
Will my order be delayed if one or more items is backordered?
No. We will ship in-stock merchandise immediately and backordered
items as they become available.
If only part of my order is shipped at a time, am I billed
for the total?
You will only be charged for items when they are shipped, and you
will only pay a portion of the total shipping and handling charge.
The remainder of your order, including shipping, will be charged
when your backordered merchandise is sent.
When I place my order, will I be notified if an item is out
of stock?
We will contact you as soon as possible if an item that you have ordered
is out of stock.
Changing Your Order
Once I've placed my order online, is there any way to change
it?
Yes. However, we make an effort to fill all orders promptly,
so please call us as soon as possible at 1(800)544-0779. Please
have your customer number and order number ready.
Order Status Inquires
How will I know if my order has been received?
A screen will appear that confirms your order. In addition, an email
confirmation, with a summary of your order (and order number), will
arrive shortly after your order has been placed.

How are shipping & handling charges determined?
Charges are determined by the total amount of your order, as seen
in our Shipping & Handling charts.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Customers living in the U.S., U.S. territories, and Canada should
receive orders within 3 to 7 business days. See Shipping & Handling
for additional information.
Non-U.S. Orders
Can I order from Stephan Fine Art online if I live outside
the United States?
Yes. If there should be a problem with shipping your order internationally,
we'll contact you by email.
Does Stephan Fine Arts charge sales tax?
No

What are your shipping policies?
Stephan Fine Arts ships around the world. FedEx handles most of our shipping needs. All works are professionally
packaged and insured to make certain your orders arrive safe and secure.
A flat rate of $20.00 for flat art and $15.00 for jewelry is charged for shipping and handling on all orders mailed within the United States, $35 for Canada, and $55 for International Orders.
If you purchase more than one item that can be shipped in the same
container, you will be charged only one shipping fee (even if multiple
shipping fees appear on your order confirmation).
These charges include all packaging and insurance. Unframed prints will be sent flat-wrapped or tubed.
Sculptures will be packed with state of the art methods. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery within the U.S.

Do you have a frame shop and
can I get something framed that I purchased online?
Stephan Fine Arts takes pride in our custom framing department. State of the
art equipment and techniques are employed
to ensure that you receive the finest custom framing possible.
Conservation framing is paramount to Stephan Fine Arts and museum-quality matting and other framing materials
are used to combat the effects of aging. Hundreds of moulding and matting samples are
on-hand to help in the
decision making process so that the best choices for each work of art are made.
All items featured online are unframed, except where indicated specifically. However, any item
